- Welcome to this site. Dean Noel has lived in Wyoming, near Jackson Hole, the Grand Tetons, and Yellowstone National Park, for 20 years. Dean was drawn to the western beauty and loves spending his free time out in the mountains photographing and painting landscapes and wildlife. He is passionate about portraying the realistic beauty of wildlife and capturing the essence and wonder of magnificent landscapes.
